Annual Typhoon Report 1969.
Abstract
The annual publication summarizes tropical cyclone activity in the western North Pacific. It includes narrative and statistical information on each typhoon including reconnaissance data, best track positions, and forecast verification data. Operational procedures, forecasting techniques, and research efforts of the JTWC are discussed. It also includes a summary of tropical cyclone activity in the eastern North Pacific. (Author)
