Annual Typhoon Report 1970.
Abstract
The annual publication discusses tropical cyclone activity in the western North Pacific. It includes narrative and statistical information on each typhoon including reconnaissance data, best track positions, and forecast verification data. Operational procedures, forecasting techniques, and research efforts of the JTWC are discussed. Also included is a summary of tropical cyclone activity in the eastern North Pacific.
