Modified Post-Flight Processor for CIRIS.

Abstract

The results of tests conducted to verify the CIRIS (Completely Integrated Reference Instrumentation System) Modified Post-Flight Processor (MPFP), using real flight data, are discussed. Three separate tests, exhibiting the MPFP performance using different measurement information, were conducted on data recorded during a flight test on March 8, 1974. The White Sands Cinetheodolite estimates of position and velocity were used as a reference against which to compare the MPFP outputs. (Modified author abstract)
