Documentation of the 1973 DOD Personnel Survey.

Abstract

The 1973 DoD Personnel Survey was administered as part of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) research program. The purpose of the survey was to provide DoD officials with information on the attitudes of servicemen toward a number of DoD-wide programs, policies and issues. This report documents the survey development, administration procedures and processing of the data. (Author)
