A Communications Executive for the 9303 Message Processing System.

Abstract

This technical report describes the central concepts and algorithms of a communications executive for the 1903 Message Processing System. This system is part of the DICEF facility of RADC. The communications executive is designed to act as an interface between the human operator and the experimental communications configuration. The executive has been designed to handle a large variety of experimental configurations without requiring reprogramming of the host computer. (Author)
