Characteristics and Capabilities of Walsh Functions.

Abstract

This is a final scientific report on the characteristics and capabilities of Walsh functions. Research achievements in the areas of (a) Walsh transform of sampled time functions and sampling principle, (b) Walsh-function analysis of discrete dyadic-invariant systems, (c) time-domain analysis of discrete dyadic-invariant systems, (d) time-shift theorems for Walsh transforms and solution of difference equations, and (e) linear arrays excited by Walsh-shaped currents are summarized. Reprints are attached.
