Instructions for Pinhole Image Projection Focusing Devices for 24 in. and 36 in. Beacons.

Abstract

The Pinhole Image Projection Focusing Device is designed to enable field personnel to focus and align large beacons during daylight hours, when the beacons are out of service. When the adjustments are completed, the beacon lamp (and the spare lamp and auxiliary reflectors if any) is accurately positioned, the projected beam is collimated, and the beam axis is horizontal.
