The Deposition of Er-Eu-Ga-Fe Garnet Single Crystal Films.
Abstract
This report details a facility for the fabrication of europium-erbium garnet films for computer memory applications. Magnetic 'bubbles' produced by the dipping method, and the substrate material are included. Variations in the garnet formula and the extent of success are discussed. (Author)
