Propellant Analyses, New Approaches, Improved Capabilities,

Abstract

The combined use of high performance liquid chromatography with infrared and mass spectrometry is (HPLC-IR-MS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is detailed. The application of these methods to the characterization of an unknown propellant sample is presented. Conclusions and recommendations is made concerning their application in other areas of propellant analysis.
