Manufacturing Method and Technology Program for Automated Image Device Evaluator (AIDE).

Abstract

The report presents the results of the Return Beam Vidicon (RBV) feasibility evaluation effort, the Applicability Analysis phase of the task and the initial equipment design accomplishments. Also included in the report is the recommended configuration of the demonstration model AIDE equipment. (Modified author abstract)
