The Interaction Between Large Sample Theory and Optimal Design of Experiments.

Abstract

Large sample considerations simplify analysis and distributional theory, provide clarity and make possible meaningful concepts of optimality, relative efficiency and informaton. These concepts in turn provide the basis for the definition and derivation of optimal designs of experiments. (Author)
