Request Presentation for Echeloned Retrieval in the Kvantor-8 Information Retrieval System,

Abstract

Data input-output functions of a special-purpose information retrieval system, the Kvantor-8 computer, are described. The input capacity is 12 different words, to which 12 logic variables are placed in correspondence. From these 12 variables, up to 12 different Boolean functions can be set up and a search conducted simultaneously over all functions.
