Apparatus for Studying Radiation and Thermostimulated Luminescence by Electroconductivity in Parallel with Mass Spectrometry of Decomposition Products,

Abstract

The apparatus described here is capable of determining in high vacuum, using light filters, the spectrum of x-ray and thermal luminescence in the 200-800 nm region, melting points in the -190 to 400C range, recording of thermal luminescence curves upon excitation both with x-ray radiation as well as with light, analysis of liberated gaseous products of processes occurring during radiation and heating, and measurement of x-ray and thermostimulated currents.
