Models of the Source of Errors in Transmission Channels of Digital Information,

Abstract

The book deals with the investigation of questions of the mathematical description of the laws governing the emergence of errors in the real transmission channels of digital information. General models are given which reflect these laws, and their most important special cases. The methodology is stated for the construction of such models on the basis of experimental data relating to some telephone channels.
