Abstract

The report represents the combined efforts of personnel of the Applications Group, National Environmental Satellite Center (NESC), now the National Environmental Satellite Service (NESS); the NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND Project FAMOS; and the Satellite Section, USAF ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS CENTER (ETAC).
