Metallocarboranes: Past, Present, and Future.
Abstract
The report reviews the development of metallocarborane chemistry. Synthesis and reactions are described including polyhedral expansion, contraction, and subrogation, as well as rearrangement and substitution. Homogeneous catalysis by metallocarboranes is also discussed.
