Plant Layout Planning for the Red River Army Depot Tire Shop.

Abstract

The layout planning study iterates and explains the steps necessary to accomplish the layout of a new facility or the re-layout of an existing production plant. Through the performance of these steps a new design for the Red River Army Depot Tire Rebuild Shop is developed. In addition, a quantitative evaluation of the new layout is presented. (Author)
