Radar Position Data Reduction Programs for the Xerox Sigma 9.

Abstract

Computer programs for the organization and preliminary reduction of radar position data are described. The basic functions served by the programs are checking the position data for errors and writing the corrected data on magnetic tape, plotting the position data stored on magnetic tape using the Calcomp plotter, calculating the down and cross-channel velocity components from the position tape file data, and writing them on a second magnetic tape; and, plotting the velocity components using the Calcomp plotter.
