Syllabus and Syllabus Development Techniques Used in Evaluating the A/F37A/T-4G Flight Simulator.

Abstract

The report describes the A/F37A/T-4G (T-4G) simulator syllabus developed by the Flying Training IVISION OF THE Air Force Human Resources Laboratory, to demonstrate the effectiveness of a limited visual, limited motion flight simulator in T-37 undergraduate pilot training. This report describes the syllabus development procedures employed, clarifies the resulting syllabus content and format, and provides a guide for development of future special purpose syllabi.
