Support of Arctic Ionospheric Research.

Abstract

Ionogram observations aboard a KC-135 aircraft and in Goose Bay, Labrador were optimized with respect to the coherence features of arctic echoes. Successive application of phase coherent and noncoherent data integration reveals the signal coherence or noncoherence. (Modified author abstract)
