Women, Work, and the Law--A Legislative Review,

Abstract

The review is intended to be an introduction to the legislation affecting the status of women. A primary focus of the legislative review is the detailing of what is illegal and legal treatment of employed women. Although this review is not exhaustive of all the legislation related to either the status of women or sex discrimination, describes the significant legislation in the field.
