The Outfitting of a Vessel Traffic System Data Collection Trailer.

Abstract

A trailer was procured and outfitted with a marine radar and other equipment for the purpose of obtaining data on harbor traffic. The report describes the trailer and its equipment from the viewpoint of the user of the trailer's output data. (Author)
