Navy Career Motivation Programs in an All-Volunteer Condition.
Abstract
The report describes the research steps taken in the development of a model of career motivation and in the development and evaluation of incentive change strategies for enhancing career motivation of men during different stages of a Navy enlistment. Recommendations for recruiting and retention policies and practices are summarized. (Author)
