Catalysis on Binary Alloys.
Abstract
Hydroforming and hydrocracking reactions, such as hydrogenolysis, isomerization, and dehydrocyclization, of various hydrocarbons have been carried out on platinum and platinum-gold alloys under low pressure and clean surface conditions as part of an overall effort to determine the effects of alloying on such reactions.
