Chemical Erosion of Synthetic Graphites in a Flow of Chemically Active Gas,
Abstract
The study proposes a model of the chemicomechanical spalling of graphites that is simpler but more well-founded from the point of view of structure. The results of calculations on the basis of the proposed model agree satisfactorily with the experimental data obtained on an electroheating device.
