Semiconductor Diodes and Transistors Handbook, Second Edition,
Abstract
The semiconductor diode and transistor guidebook lists the currently manufactured semiconductor devices within the Soviet realm of production. A cursory glance at the basic solid-state theory occupies the first part of the book. The remainder of the book is made up of first-generation semiconductors, e.g. germanium diodes, silicon stabilitrons, SCRs and several species of transistors. Omitted from this guidebook is any mention of ICs, either SSI or MSI; also missing are FETs.
