Amorphous and Ultradisperse Crystalline Materials,

Abstract

The book sums up experimental and theoretical findings on amorphous and ultradisperse crystalline materials, massive and film types. Present-day concepts on the structure of amorphous materials, temperature stability of these materials, characteristics of their transformation into the crystalline state, and their electrophysical and other properties are discussed. Data on amorphous semiconductor materials, and on amorphous and ultradispersen crystalline materials of metallic systems are presented. Emphasis is placed on inorganic film materials.
