Weather Modification and Radar Investigations,

Abstract

Problems of artificial modification of convective and stratiform clouds, some problems of simulating elements of radar equipment, and statistical characteristics of reflected radar signals are examined. A number of the articles deal with elementary processes in thunderstorm clouds, ice-forming reagents using infrared spectroscopy as the means of investigation, and laboratory studies of the passivation of condensation nuclei. The collection is intended for specialists and scientific personnel in atmospheric physics. (Author)
