Determination of Time Suitability of Technical Diagnostics of Construction Machines,

Abstract

Operating experience shows that the total use of the service life of construction machines during use can be attained by making routine maintenance and repairs based on the results of scheduled routine checks of the actual conditions of units and parts (diagnostics). Diagnosis consists of determining with special instruments (diagnostic tools) the values of an array of symptoms characterizing the technical condition comparing them with the rated levels. Success in diagnosis is ensured if the probability of estimating the technical condition of an object is higher than the ratios of outlays involved in collecting and processing information and in making a diagnosis to the economic payoff associated with detecting the malfunction and correcting it.
