Vertical Structure of Summer Fogs in the Dikson Island Area,

Abstract

The Arctic and Antarctic Institute, with the Main Geophysical Observatory, carried out in July-August 1967 a series of tethered meteorograph ascents in the Dikson Island area to study the vertical structure of the atmosphere when fog is present. The meteograph ascents were made at two-hour intervals to an altitude of 500 m.
