Effects of Various Dose Rates of Mixed Neutron-Gamma Radiations on the LD50(60) Response of Sheep

Abstract

The report summarizes biological responses in sheep unilaterally exposed at three different dose rates of reactor-produced neutron-gamma radiations. The radiations employed in the studies were from a fission weapon simulator, the Sandia Pulsed Reactor (SPR), yielding a 5:1 neutron-to-gamma ratio.
