Neutron Radiation Responses of Motorola XCE 1571 Operational Amplifiers,

Abstract

The XCE 1571 is a new, experimental design of a radiation-hardened linear amplifier. Two samples of this circuit were obtained and irradiated at the White Sands Missile Range Fast-Burst Reactor (WSMRFBR). The results of this test are given.
