Characterization of Selected Triarylmethane Leuconitriles

Abstract

The objective of the present work with triarylmethanes was to synthesize and characterize completely (using uv, ir, nmr and mass spectral techniques) the leucocyanides of six triarylmethane dyes and one related model compound, triphenylacetonitrile.
