The Monetary Value of Military Officer Compensation.

Abstract

The various forms of military compensation are identified and analyzed as to their monetary worth to officers from grade 0-1 to 0-5 with up to twenty years active service. The basis for valuation of benefits is the cost that the member would incur in providing like benefits in the civilian market. (Modified author Abstract)
