Certain Problems in the Forecasting of Training for Scientific Personnel,

Abstract

Achievements in research and planning and the application of scientific knowledge in the national economy depend to a great extent upon the effective use of highly qualified personnel capable of creative work. Accordingly forecasting of the human resources necessary for development is essential, and the development of science and technology must be connected with the training of scientific personnel.
