On Several Problems of Forecasting Scientific and Technical Development,
Abstract
A new stage in the development of science and technology forecasting necessitates special attention to the interrelationship of the separate disciplines and sciences, in order to make on their basis a timely determination of new areas of intensive progress of science, especially at the junction of various sciences. In connection with this it is necessary to consider change in the systems of science.
