Survey of Computer Applications in Army Training

Abstract

The survey provides information on computer applications in training throughout TRADOC and DA training organizations and activities. Textual and tabular data are also included when the organizations or activities responded to the items in the questionnaires comprising the survey. Results show that about fifty percent of the responding organizations and activities use computers in some form of training. Findings also indicate that most of the sampled organizations and activities are desirous of either present or future orientation and instructional programming concepts and principles embodied in a computerized training system (CTS).
