Cruise Report, CHAIN 116, Jul 22 - August 10, 1974.

Abstract

CHAIN 116 was a single-leg cruise by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution's Buoy Project, leaving Woods Hole on July 22 and returning August 10, 1974. Projects carried out on this cruise included the setting of nine moorings for the Polymode pilot array, recovery of three moorings set on previous cruises, hourly XBT's, thirty-three CTD's, three magnetometer emplacements, and continuous thermosalinograph and echo-sounding records.
