Schottky Barrier Detectors in Silicon Infrared Vidicon Retinae

Abstract

The objective of the contract is the design, fabrication, and evaluation of a 1-3 micrometer and a 3-5 micrometer infrared vidicon camera and camera system using Pd-Si Schottky barrier diode arrays, and metal-N type Schottky barrier diode arrays in sealed off camera tubes.
