ELECTRODES FOR HALOTRONS CONTACTED WITH HGTE.

Abstract

This report presents the technology of manufacturing electrodes for halotrons contacted with HgTe. Discussed is the photolitographic method of manufacturing infusion masks, process of infusing Ag and Ni and soldering the conduits.
