OSCILLATIONS AND NOISE IN INDIUM ANTIMONIDE.

Abstract

This report summarizes the work on microwave emission from indium antimonide at liquid nitrogen temperatures with combined applied electric and magnetic fields. Both the emission of broadband microwave noise and voltage tunable narrowband oscillations from InSb are discussed.
