Abstract
The high reliability achieved in the performance of electronic parts used in the Minuteman I Guidance and Control System was an important factor of the over-all system reliability. A thorough analysis of accumulated test data was performed to make available in useful and practical form in this notebook the information relating to reliability and application of Minuteman I high reliability resistors, capacitors, diodes and transistors. Results of analyses are presented and are based on actual experience and suppliers' tests performed throughout the parts improvement program. (Author)
