Abstract
The effects of the redirection to the RTS-1 program were evaluated, and a new Product Assurance Program Plan was drafted. While this plan is being finalized, new directions are being issued to support organizations to permit the realigned effort to proceed in order to meet flight schedule commitments. The lack of a negotiated Statement of Work for the RTS-1 design is causing considerable uncertainty regarding scope, depth, and schedule of the Product Assurance Program.
