QUALIFICATION OF JUNCTION BOX ASSEMBLY - AFT TELEMETER,

Abstract

This report describes the test conducted to qualify the Junction Box Assembly - Aft Telemeter, (LMSD 1332302) as a flight article for NASA Vehicle, Model 12205. The test specimen was given a reference test consisting of continuity checks, diode direction and electrical function verification. Following the initial reference test the specimen was exposed to the dynamic environments of vibration, shock and acceleration, and to the atmospheric environments of temperature, altitude and humidity. The unit was functionally monitored during exposure to the environments by the use of selected indicators. After exposure the units functioning was evaluated by repeating the reference test.
