Abstract
The manual describes the functional operation of the subsystem C (power and monitor) section and the subsystem D (guidance) section of the console and the operation of each LMSC-fabricated equipment panel. C equipment panels provide control and monitoring of vehicle, LOB, and pad power. D equipment panels provide the control and monitoring of the vehicle guidance and flight control system. These monitoring functions are performed during launch countdown.
