PRELIMINARY MEASUREMENTS OF PARAMETERS OF THERMISTOR INFRARED DETECTORS.

Abstract

Measurements were made of infrared detector parameters with foliaceous thermistor element as sensing element in a series and bridge system with and without modulation of radiation energy stream. Investigated was the dependence of detector sensitivity upon the modulation frequency and the spectral sensitivity in the range of wave lengths of from 1.3 to 24 mu.
