PERSONNEL SYSTEM SPECIFICATION AND DESIGN KODIAK STATION.

Abstract

Technical personnel requirements are defined and forecast for the Kodiak Station. Information is presented on the kind of personnel organization and manning likely to satisfy the R and D mission of the station and, to the extent possible, on the activities of each of the position types identified. This information was prepared to aid the Air Force and contractor in making decisions relative to technical manning projections including numbers, types, organization, personnel selection, and training.
