INVESTIGATION AND COMPILATION OF THE THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF ROCKET EXHAUST PRODUCTS.

Abstract

A general curve fitting program has been written and modifications made to allow the derivation of heat capacity from enthalpy, and the joining of heat capacity and enthalpy data. Series E of the Propellant Ingredient Tables is being compiled. The low temperature heat capacity of aluminum tribromide has been completed and is reported; the entropy at 298.15 K. is found to be 43.08 gibbs/mole. (Author)
