1966 SYMPOSIUM ON GALLIUM ARSENIDE.

Abstract

The symposium was sponsored by the Institute of Physics and the Physical Society of UK in cooperation with the Avionics Laboratory of the USAF. About 30 papers and 100 attendees made the meeting nearly optimum in size and coverage. The future of GaAs technology was discussed and the USAF recounted its ten-year interest in the subject.
