CHEMILUMINESCENT MARKER PANELS.

Abstract

Chemiluminescent panels are suitable for marking landing zones and drop zones at night during dry weather in the Republic of Vietnam. The panels appear to be uniquely suited only to those limited missions which preclude use of heavier and more cumbersome marking systems (e.g. long range patrolling where the weight and bulk reduction afforded by the panels is significant).
